We encourage volunteers to interact with children and learn the ins and outs of summer camp. We have a very high number of volunteers that are offered jobs in other MPS Sports programs throughout the school year.

Testimonial from former volunteer now Sports Instructor: Alex S.:
"I was a volunteer with the Half Day program at MPS Summer Camps in 2015. I really enjoyed the position and learned a lot of how to interact with younger children and even parents. When Summer was over, I was offered a position with MPS After School Club where I am able to keep a part time job throughout the school year. This is great as I now have a job throughout high school and I am entering Grade 11 next year."

Facility Management Intern or Co-op Student MPS is seeking Facility Management interns or co-ops students who are interested in sports, marketing, events, youth programs and facilities. This position is unpaid and must be used as a co-op or internship for a post-secondary or high school credit.
